Hello,
I am looking for a BDA site (or BDA approved site) with clear documents in & around Kanakapura Rd, Bannerghata Rd, BSK or anywhere close to South Bangalore (max. 10-12km radius from Jayanagar).
Price of 1000 to 1500 per sft.
Purpose is two fold -
a. Appreciation
b. House construction 5 years from now.
Would really really appreciate any help in pointing me to properties or mentioning the areas (layouts) I should be looking at.
