Is it worth buying site in Anjanapura or in north bangalore?

Hi All,

I am planning to buy a 30x40 site in Anjanapura 9/10/11 blocks.
At current price it looks like costs around 26 lakhs for 30x40.
Is it worth buying a site in Anjanapura for investment purpose?
I think one in anjanapura and BSK 6th stage we get BDA sites at this price.

Or is it better to invest in North bangalore? Kindly advise me.

Also, a seller is quoting 2000/- persqft for a site in 9th block.
is it right price?

Hi,

Its difficult answer your question, but when it comes to the price of 2000 rs psqft you can always negotiate in Anjanapura BDA layout.

The next generation future or greater Bangalore is North Bangalore. You will see the appreication in north will be much faster than all other Bangalore. Particularly, for investment, go for north. If for living, then choose south, east and west Bangalore.

Hi,

26 lakhs is too high in Anjanapura 9/10/11 blocks.
no development happened in this layout from last 13 years. no water connection, everywhere mining is happening, hilly areas..and it's a garbage dumping layout.
still if you want to buy, actual price in this layout is max 21 to 22 lacs (near to 80 Feet road), if u go next to NICE road it will be max of 19 to 20 lacs
