I would like to know the prevailing price of sites at SMV Layout 6th Block.
I am an original allottee from BDA. I was also a member of bda sites under MSN. I would appreciate if any of you can give an account of recent developments ( water, sewage, electricity, roads etc ).
Btw, one of my friend informed that Sobha has formed a gated community beyond Bangalore Int'l Airport & selling sites at Rs. 2750 / per Sq. Feet.

I guess rates may vary from RS2100 to RS 2300 PSFT.......
