Looking for 40 x60 (Yelahanka)

Hi,
I am looking for 40 x60 minimum site in Yelahanka, for constructing the house, not for investment. I have seen Prakruthi layout, Lake view residency, they seem to be ok with bbmp khata, please post if any other sites of reasonably good quality, 2 km from nh7, not too deep or not outskirts of yelahanka.
