You can check out the Jayasuryanagar phase-1( Vidhanasoudha layout) , this layout is resided in gud location its closer to Jakkur lake and near to Kogillu junction, its a BDA approved layout and i had bought site luckiy from direct owner!!! but in the process of search i had got 2 broker's number which i am sharing here you can reach out them and check with them if they have any site for sale there.

I heard from one of the guys who had recently gone there that the rates are around 3500 to 3800 per Sqft, its next shoba city where the apartments are being quoted at 4500 to 4800 per Sq Ft
