I am looking to finalize a site in Royal Palms (near Mantri Tranquil) in Kanakapura Road. Any comments/thoughts on going rate and known legal problems?

Did you check if the layout has DC conversion papers ? Or did you get the papers verified by someone? Do let me know as I am also looking at buying a property there

last time i checked about two months back i was told by a resident in that layout that it is a B khatha property but by making suitable payments it is possible to get an A khatha. i am not sure how legally valid such things are. chandramouli

Papers are fine. Going rate is around 2000, since the layout is not developed. While houses have come up, it is not fully developed like Singapore Gardens.

I see that the property is notified by BDA. Can anyone else in this group confirm the same.. I looked up the survey number in http://www.probleminproperty.com/bda2.htm . I am not very keen on this anymore

The plot cost is around 2,400 / sqft but is it worth it as the survey number is notified by BDA ??
