Why are you calling this a BDA site ? What you are promoting is a "BDA approved site".

Hey Promote plots -
First, you call it BDA approved sites.
There is a significant difference between BDA sites and BDA approved sites. BDA sites are originally allotted by BDA to an applicant. BDA approved sites are the ones you are trying to promote, where by you acquire land, do all the development and then ask for BDA's approval. To notice the difference between the two, I suggest you drive around older BDA allotted sites like Indiranagar or JP Nagar.
There are no BMRDA, BIAAPA allotted sites. There are only BMRDA, BIAAPA approved sites.
So for you to promote BDA approved sites as BDA sites on par with BSK VI or Anjanapura or HSR or Indiranagar is quite dubious.
