Hi I am planing to buy a site in Radha reddy layout, Sarjapur road... but seems the radha reddy layout itself not one layout multiple small layout from different parties are called a radha reddy layout..

2500/sqt is the rate.. the owner is saying dc converted, and panchayath approved.. no loan eligible..


is it good to buy in this layout, please suggest...

you can get a loan from Axis bank, DHFL,even if it just DC converted.the only issue in a panchayath approved or a non approved layouts is that there is no park and Civic amenities site and the roads are small otherwise no issues.in the future when it comes under BBMP limits they may ask you to pay some penalty and you would get a BBMP "A" khatha.
