Looking for a 40*60 site BCMC layout kanakapur rd

Hi
I visited BCMC layout recently and I am interested in buying a 30*40 or 40*60 preferably North/East facing plot here. Let me know any if any plots available with price per Sq.Ft.
I heard of following 2 problems in the area, any time sooner will they be resolved:
1. All residents as of now are dependent of bore well, any news of getting cauvery water supply here.
2. The grave yard which is adjacent to the park.mansom
