Current rate at 8th Block Anjanapura

Hi,
I am looking at a 20*30 plot, EF at 8th Block Anjanapura for 1500/sq ft. The seller is not ready to sell a penny less than 1500. Is this the running price in Anjanapura 8th Block.

Finally, we got it for 8.9L, full cash deal. Registration pending.

Thanks for posting the price. Very few people do that here. I have a question. Is the plot size 600 sq ft or less ?

The douments were verified and it is 600 sq ft. wit road on east.

Sorry it was not 600 sqft but 6 mtr * 9 mtrs = 54 sq mtr

Right. BDA properties are always in meters and less than 600 ft, 1200, 2400 etc
