Hi,
I wanted to know what is the current rate in BCC Layout in Knanakapur road. I got call from one of the real estate broker and he is saying 2500/sqft. Is this the real price or is he telling more. Please let me know the current price in BCC layout for 30X40 site (Other than sout face ).

Also please let me know your number if you have site in Anjanapur/Bank Officer layout and near by these layout. I am looking BDA or BDA approved site around 18 to 21L range (slight nego). Min Dimension is 1200SQFT.

It depends upon the location. These are quoted rates by one agent recently when my friend wanted to buy. Near 80ft road, it is of course 2500 rs/sft. Bit away where few house have come it is 2200rs/sft. Other places where no houses have come, rate is 1850 rs/sft.
