Penthouse apt- chances of leak?

Hi guys, I am considering a penthouse apartment; what are the chances of leaks coming from the roof and along the walls ? Please share based on your first hand experience.

Hi Parkom,
The terrace leak problem is very common in any buildings unless proper water proofing is done. Make sure a proper water proofing and rainwater slope is provided on every side.
*Should take care that no water should stand for long time at any point of time on the roof.
*All the junctions of parapet and roof should be sloped properly to avoid water seepage.
Checking these things might help you to know the quality.
