Current rate for 60 x 40 In 11 block

Hi all,
What is the current rate in 11 block for 60 x 40 site in 11 block ? I am looking this site for construction of house.
How long this area will to take to develop?
Can we build house in next one or two years?

Getting a plot for Rs 1800 is not realistic in 11th block.

what do you think is the running price?
11 block is still a vast waste land with no house, water and electricity.

Running rates may be around 2200-2300psft this was about 2-3 months ago.

A month back it was in the range of 2300/sq ft. Not sure which direction it has gone now...north or South. I feel it might have gone up......

Singadi and pschidu are right. The rates in 11th block are higher but that doesn't mean sales are happening, which is a conundrum. Sellers want higher price but there aren't many buyers especially for 50x80 and 60x40 plots. I met a person who has a plot in 11th block and was asking 2400 for his 50x80. He said he needs money urgently but couldnt sell for 6 months or more.

A person in Urgent need of money would have come down on the price to sell. As he has not come down on asking price in 6 months either he is not in urgency or he knows his land's worth. But to say that sales are not happening may be bit of an oversight.

He was willing to come down but I didn't offer a price because I can't afford a 50x80. Recent sales in 11th block has been for less than Rs 2000. I can personally vouch for this. This was before the Metro Phase 2 approval.

I am not sure what plotguy is trying to say here. lets put all doubts to basket. whatever said and done, it is extremely difficult to get a plot below 2200 in 10 and 11 blocks whatever the measurements may b.
