I am planning to Buy a 34*40 dimension site in ANJANAPURA BDA layout,

I saw some sites in 8th block and 2nd 'A' block. Cast around Rs 2000/ per sqr feet.

Is 2nd 'A' block is Good one to construct house after 3 years?

Give me suggestions on this please

Hi Chandru.

Ideally, as if now 10 & 11th Block are ideal for construction.
You can check those first. it should be available now at 2600-2800/- according to recent survey which i did.
One more thing there might be 2nd Lalbagh or Cubbon park in this area, sooner the news get spread the prices will start shooting big time.
