I am looking for professional contractors to construct house near Nagarbhavi 9th Block, any suggestions or recommendations would be useful.

My contractor did a good job and the house came out well. But only issue with him is that he has a lot of projects and is away on travel and project could get delayed. Let me know if you are interested and I will send you his contact info.

What is current rate ? as i got 200 rs without scaffolding/centering/earthing/barbending/staircase ieonly mason work . Is it worth as somebody quoted 160 is best if these are not included. anything outside half rate. Is it worth going?

You can check with the contractor Harish 9980021425 who has done several projects in Nagarbhavi and Chandra layout. Please check his projects and make a decision.

Manjunath - Did you try contacting the contractor -Harish. He is currently constructing our and we are satisfied with his workmanship and attitude. We saw 3-4 good projects from him in Nagarbhavi area before awarding the contract. You can inspect his projects and then make a decision.

I am planning o construct duplex house(Ist and 2nd floor) with Ground floor commercial in Nagarbhavi.
I am not sure about the information but heard that now a days BBMP is stopped approving the house plan with Commercial(40%) + Residentil(60%)
If anybody has the information, Please share.
