Since when did Royal Park become a BDA site ? It was not directly allotted by BDA. It was only approved by BDA

From what I understand, BDA tried to acquire the land presently known as royal park residency it did not go through. The original owners got BDA approval to form a residential layout and 30% of the land was handed over to BDA as a part of this. A small number of the sites here were allotted by BDA directly and the rest were sold by developers appointed by original owners.

Is this a plot allotted from BDA directly?

If the plot was from the developer, one needs to check whether the GPA from the landlords to the developer who sold the plots was registered. It is a common practice among builders not to register the GPA to reduce tax incidence. Supreme court had banned transactions on GPA's that are not registered and it may turn out to be a problem down the line.

THIS LAYOUT IS BDA APPROVED. THIS SITE IS PURCHASED FROM DEVELOPER AND IT IS BDA KHATA SITE.
