My electrician is suggesting to have few electric pipes laid during flooring (under vitrified tiles and granite flooring )
Is this ok ? or will this casue any problem in future ?

I had a few in our house as well. THey had marked the spots and told the contractor to ensure that electricians were in house when flooring was done. I don't think it should be any different than embedding them in the ceiling. The same conduits are placed and then the filling materials laid over it before placing tiles. But just make sure they are around flooring is in finishing stage for that room - so that the pipes are put in the right place and later they don't complain about it being off position.
