"A" khata sites within 4 km from International airport road

I am looking for only "A" khata sites within 4 km from International airport road before Vidyanagar crossing. Preferably 30*50 site with north/east facing. 30*40 corner site can also do for me. Budget 25-35 lacs. 50% cash and 50% loan. Please contact me at a4arup@live.com. Thank you.
