Hi,
I am planing to buy a site in a private layout in bangalore south. in the documents I saw there is NOC from BDA which states the survery number is identified for future Nijalingappa layout and there is no
preliminary notification sent till date.(july 2012)
the developer has paid betterment and got DC converted and got A khatha for the whole property on aug 2012.
so my question is it safe to buy this site ? can BDA later acquire this land?

If you are asking like 100% to 80% safe or not, it is not safe . BDA NOC does not mean that BDA has approved the layout. You need to take risks.

NOC- Understand the meaning and its legal implications and then decide on the merits.
