I am also looking for plot in 3rd block, last week a broker quoted 3000/sft near mangalya appt, I am also interested to know the prices, and will this be a good location for house construction in 2 years, I see many houses nearby to the appt, roads are also tarred,

Forget the brokers. Deal with the owner directly. Anything less than Rs 2500 is a pretty good deal.
