I am newbie planning buy a plot in AECS layout singasandra. I heard that few Sy NO's are under litigation in that layout, please let me know how can one clarify that property is safe to buy & what is current market price in that layout.

There are many survey numbers under litigation including few in Supreme court. Last year, I have finalized 30x40 plot there which had BBMP A khata as well.
