A few options for Readymade quality Doors:
1) I have seen excellent quality Doors made by Kelachandra Brothers on Bannerghatta Main Road, they import the inner materials from Germany and I have visited their factory. They supply their doors for Premium builders (Salarpuria etc.). The finishing is excellent and cost is slightly higher too.
2) Niki Doors have a good collection of Readymade doors.
3) KSFIC have readymade flush doors too. (http://www.ksfic.com/)
4) Plenty of local manufactures are available too. Just visit any big Timberyard in Mysore Road, and they keep samples of Readymade doors.

My engineer was saying that after flooring if we take the
exact measurement for the doors then we can get flush doors
for that measurement. Do these vendors provide such option ?

Yes, all door manufacturers provide you that option of taking measurements after you are done with the flooring.

I got mine (sort of made to order), but by a manufacturer. They had taken pre-measurements when the flooring heights were marked, and started making the door. When flooring was completed, they brought in the final doors. (In between for puja - they provided me with some temp doors as well).
These doors are made with sufficient room to adjust to your requirements - meaning your carpenter (or door hanger) can shave upto about 2" on each end of the door, to make the door fit right (it won't affect the integrity in any way).

Can you please let me know from where did you order your doors? Any specifice brand etc?

@jollyRogers I don't know if they have a brand name, I got them made from Gita TImbers on Tumkur Road in Dasarahalli/Jalahalli. They are made of engineered wood. Engineered wood is made by combining smaller pieces together and the joins are visible. At first I thought it will look weird, and some people advised me against it, but I love the way the doors came out. They are strong, and have their own elegant look.

I am looking for steel reinforced door shutters (may be having 4mm MS sheet sandwitched in wood layers) for my normal teak wood door frames.
any good quality vendors you can suggest?
