Hi,

I am planning to buy plot in DC converted layout and builder told tht all plots have B-Katha.
This layout has 40 sites and has all basic aminites except space for garden and roads in the layout of 30feet.

Is it good to go with this?

Go through all the basic documents and verify who is the first land owner and all details about him and his family and u have not told where the plot is situated
