Hi All,

Iam looking at buying a site in Ellite Rose, Devanahalli by Elliteproperties. This gated community is directly on NH-207 just 500 meters from Devanahalli bus stop. Builder is asking Rs. 2100 /- per sq ft.

Can someone let me know what is the current price there?
Is this worth the investment.

I think price is very high, if you go further down by 500 meters, you will get North City by Aishwarya group...they are selling it there for 1300 psft...The problem is Aishwarya doesnt have good reviews & none of their layouts are developed...so you can expect no more developments from what you see....

I am also planning to invest in this area, so any more suggestions are welcome....

They are offering Villa Plots at a rate of INR1350/psf on the first day for first 24 customers I guess.

How worth is it to invest with it.. Any inputs??

I think it is a good buy as long as

1. You are in the first 24 customer list
2. It is BIAPPA approved

If you go from Devanahalli toward Doddabalpur on NH207, there is a beatiful active resort and villa layout called Woodrich enclave.

If anyone interested for 4200 sft plot, I can give you at a very good price. Corner plot entry from East and south open road.
Chartered builder quoting 1350/sft, I am quoting only 1000.

i have just visited site of YESH DEVELOPERS project YESH RESIDENCY 15 mins drive from Bangalore International Airport on NH-7 and 14 kms from Devanahalli. Its look nice and affordable.
They r asking Rs.800/- per Sq Ft. Should i go for it?
