PNB Layout konanakunte

Few months back I saw a property in PNB Layout, konanakunte ,south east corner - 4 bhk new built house.
I liked the house but didn't go ahead at that point of time.
Its still available for sale.
If anyone is living in that area/or has surveyed the layout or this particular property, I would appreciate some information.
