Planning to buy a shop in SMV Layout.

As I am already invested in SMV layout with 2 plots, the one which I recently sold in 9th block for home construction, now I am planning to buy a small shop in the layout in any block that is well centered and easily accessible to public in the long run. I am aware that the layout is still in formation stage, yet I wish to check and apply to buy a readymade shop in BDA complex or blocks that are willing to build and sell. If anybody has information on such availability, kindly post your comments with feedback.
