Hi,
I am planning to buy BDA site in anjanapura which is 30x40 dimension located @ 9th block. Please let me know today's market price of anjanapura 9th block.

rs. 1000-1500 per sqft. brokers would say rates 30-50% above the one I quoted.. but finally, its not worth more than that range..

Hi Guys,
I have found a 40*60 size and owner is quoting rs 1750 Per Sqft for this North Facing site. Is it worth the price. Can I go ahead with the deal?
The site papers all look ok. Pls let me know.

Its almost OK though a bit on the higher side. Considering its a 60 X 40 , which is not so easily "saleable " there might be room for another 100Rs bargain , thats all .But again if the owner, site facing etc are very good, I would recommend you going for it. These days its very difficult to get a legally good deal with a good owner. There might be folks considering this as too high, but my personal experience is , unless and until its an investment plan, it makes no difference. In any case , say 5 yrs down the line , I expect this area to have atleast 2500 psft price. So go for it if , particularly the owner is good and genuine. I have a fair knowledge about the area and price as I have searched for about 7 months, here , for a plot.
Btw, I hope u have enquired about the undergorund water availabilty there. Its generally less and u need to dig almost 800ft and still might not find water !!. But last week I saw , huge big cauvery pipes being laid from Kanakpura road and it might be for Anjanapura !!

too high - my cousin bought for 1950 in 2008 and is still reeking under loss - under loan the cost goes up to 2400 /sq ft now- one of my other cousins bought for 1450 in 2007.
I think around 1100 is fair rate - who will spend 40 lakhs on 40*60 site in an area with no development
