Procedure to form a Layout Residents Association i

Hello,
Can anyone please help me to understand the process of forming a Residents association in one of the BDA Approved Layout Bangalore East, total 200+ sites are there and almost 30+ houses built people are living.It would be great if anybody can provide good lawyers contact for advice of this association formation.
