I am Renuka Muralikrishnan, I've brought a site in "NORTH CITY" BY Sri Durga Properties located in Marenahalli Hennur Rd., brought the 1500 sq. @ 1100/-, in extension of phase 1 block, let me know any one have brought the site in north city.
Please share your experience with "Sri Durga Properties".

I would not suggest going with this property as they have legal issues with this property. Wasted time and money for lawyer. Also note that the registrations and not going to happen for panchayat sites as per the govt order.

Some part of the Hennur road is in greenbelt and this layout has come on green belt.When their executive called me he says it is DC Converted and has BDA NOC but they won't tell us it is in green belt.One of my friend told me regarding green belt and when i asked this abt the executive he agreed it is in green belt.
