Hi all,
I have few questions on installing a new bore-well. Could you pls answer me ?

1. Wanted to know what is the use of borewell permission ?
2. After the borewell installing, can we take the permission ?
3. Once we have borewll and permissions, later if Kavery water comes for the BDA sites, will the connections can be given, or it will be
opted out ? since they have the list of borewell owners ?
4. How to get the Electricity connections after the borewell is installed ? to start the construction of the building.
5. Can we get this bore well approval, using SAKAL ?
6. after the application, do the BSSW people, do the survey of the site ?

Hi Chandra, I think there are various posts related to the same topic and in & around Bangalore it is compulsory to have the Permission before the borewell digging. This is to save the underground water and BWSSB engineer will survey and permission will be given. Offcourse, there is a bribe involved with this.
