I plan to dig borewell in the near future in my house.

What is the normal cost we should expect to shell out for borewell, including digging, piping work done and with compressor ?

it depends on the factors like the dia of the borewell like 4.5 inch, 6 inches, 9 inches...etc

Secondly the depth you need to dig to get water. This varies greatly from one area to another. In some area, you may get water at 200ft and in some other area at 1500 ft. So each ft deeper is additional cost for you. You need Minimum one lakh for the borewell.

the materials used like submersible pump, quality of the pipe...etc
