Can you please advise , if it is worth buying BDA site at BTM 6th stage, 2nd Phase,3rd Block, close to 80ft BDA road, Behind arekere honey well, Bannerghatta Road,Bangalore South, Karnataka .

Seller is Direct allotee
Price qouted by him is Rs 3000 per Sqft . The broker has indicated that Owner may sell the site for Rs 2900 per sqft.

This is a BDA site Facing South , is it worth paying Rs 2900 per sqft.

Kindly advise , based on your sugesstions I will decide to buy this site.

why are you specifically highlighting as SOUTH FACING site? Is there any negatives in South Facing Sites ?
Whats wrong with South facing Plots ?. Infact I myself living in a south face building from several years.

If not interested in south facing plots, just ignore it.

Well, South facing sites typically go for slightly less than North/East facing sites. So it is reasonable to mention it for comparison purposes. If the buyer weren't interested in it, he wouldn't have asked our opinion. I thought your tone was a little too strident.
