Hello

I have a plot on which I plan to start constructing my dream home post October 2016.
To be frank I have no idea on the stages that are involved at each phase. I would like
you people to guide/enlighten me with a high level overview of the each stages of construction.
I still do not have a proper plan and all I know at the moment is to have a 4-BHK house with a space for parking 2 cars.

Ex:

• Planning

• Approval from civic authorities

• Bank related

etc..

Hi Satish
you need to spend more time on the forum to understand all these stages ,there are many discussion on this board that tell about all the stages you need to go through in the construction .
You may not get much response when you ask generic questions .
