Hello friends,
I am planning to start my house construction in a few month's time. Can someone tell me whom should I approach for getting the building plan approval, is it BDA or BBMP. I read a news that nowadays only BBMP is authorised to give building plan approvals. Please see the link to the article.

Mine is pvt layout in Anjanapura and I have a BDA khata.

Did you get any clarity on this. i am also planning to start construction in a few month's time and am confused as to approach bbmp or bda for the plan approval.
