Hi,

Currently my home construction is in the stage of electrical and plumbing work.

My home is stilt + 3 floor
1. Independent stdio in stilt floor
2. Living + kitchen + Pooja + Bathroom + utility
3. Two bedrooms with attached
4. Open room and access to terrace

Can someone help me with must have electrical points or any other references I can look at it.

1. Rooms to 2 way switches
2. Modular good night lamp points in rooms
3. AC points in rooms and halls
4. UPS provision
5. power points in parking garage for vaccum cleaners
6. general lighting areas
7. Kitchens to have atleast two power points (plan for fridge, oven, mixer, grinder, chimney and exhaust fan)

more importantly ask the electrician to minimize the number of MCB trip points as this will consume more wires

You can go for spot light boxes. Single spot light box will cost you ~140 INR which adds decent looks in hall
