2017 carpenter and welding rates

Guys help me out with carpenter rates for preparing frames and shutters for doors & windows
And also welding guys rates for grille work for windows security grill etc
Talking abt labour contract only

Little bit of information in case it helps:
Grill work: They don't operate on labor usually and insist on using their own material (and of course put a lower gauge while claiming to be using a heavier gauge). Grill mesh / windows - usually they quote 300-350rs/sft. (250/sft with 6inch spacing if it is for the balcony covering - had inquired recently but dropped).
Carpentry: Unfortunately I dont have any reference off late.
Labor for tile fixing: Wall tiles - 15-18rs/sft Granite fixing: 25rs/sft (sharing since I am getting our bathroom remodelled)

Thanks for the reply, one grill guy agreed for labour contract
For Windows of 150 sq feet he is charging 9k, material to be provided by me. I'm getting MS bright hexaganol rods for Windows 12mm and along with it that 1.5 inches flat plate as well
