I'm starting my House construction from this week. I'm following this site regularly and found very useful. I'm doing construction in 20X30 plot. I'm attaching the plan i have finalized. Let me know your views and suggestions.

Hi Kiran,

What is the setback you have left? I notice its 1.6 on right side and nothing else on all three sides.

Has your neighbor left another 1.6 from his end making it a total of 3.2" setback? Or has be covered the complete area?
