Any litigation in SMV 8th block FE

Hi All,
I just wanted to know any ongoing litigation in SMV 8th block Further extension. This is towards/near to the Muddayanapalya lake. I had consulted the BDA engineers and looks like they told there is ongoing litigation between them and localites/landlords. I have a 12*18 site and is just near to the litigation area and I am planning to construct a house and not sure how safe it is. As per BDA my area is safe and ready to construct but still I need input on this area/vicinity.
