Need info please : Road cutting penalty charges

Can someone please please guide me as to what is the official penalty charges for road cutting..
Workers on road had demolished our sanitary pipe and we repaired it..

Hi, Ganesh
There is no official penalty system for damages made during road cut for public works, in case they damage any existing lines they should repair it and fix it back. In case they refuse the do the same you can lodge the complain with BBMP and hold the work till it is repaired
