Exterior wall cracks

At the top of our 5-year old 30x40 house, we have a 10x10 staircase
landing room and a outer parapet wall. I am seeing many
cracks in this area, see the attached photos.
Now that the rains have gone, I would like to attend to these
cracks. I am looking forward to member's advice on how
to deal with this.
Thanks
sholla

Hi Sholla,
Few observations from the pics attached
First pic - cracks are due to railing fixed at the edge of the wall, to avoid crack repeating in that area you need to chip the whole corner piece and cover it with screed concrete
For all the other cracks you can use polymer based crack filler ( mepai / dr fixit ) and paint on top of it.

Hi,
There are no specialist only for crack filling but painters can do it. In case you need any painter with experience in these work i can refer. Most painters will use cement based crack filler that will work for hairline cracks but we need to understand that cracks (other than hair line cracks )are caused because of various reasons
Please do drop me a mail will share contact.
