I am planning to buy 30 X 40 BDA plot in BTM 6th Stage 1st Phase, Owner is quoting 3600 Rs per sft. But when I went o see the place complete layout is dumped with waste and cannot locate the site.
The owner is direct allote from the BDA. The site is next to upcoming Valmark Apas apartment ...
