You cannot pay bda taxes online. One needs to go to BDA office, usually the jurisdiction to which your site falls into. I think one cannot pay BDA property tax online. You have to pay in certain banks.

The penalty is very huge. How will the people pay such huge penalties, when they do not have enough money to construct house.

I have one more doubt though...
Is there only one khatha certificate from BDA. Or is there some thing like old and new in that. Is that same khatha valid from about 2002 to present date.
