Hunsur Teak instead of Burma

Hi All,

My contractor suggested me to use Hunsur teak for Frames (which he has with his supplier)- Main door & pooja, instead of Burma teak
Hunsur teak - has grains.

It saves nearly 20,000 Rs. Shutters will be in Burma.

Shall i proceed with Hunsur teak?

Suggestions are welcome

Re: Is Building Plan Approval happens/needed for B Khata Plo

On checking with some fellows - its like - geologist might come & may not come.
If they come - they ll approve only if i pay some money.

So waiting for 2 months does it make sense ;)

StairCase design - Spiral or SemiSpiral or Normal

Hi Guys,

I am starting to construct on 20*34 Plot. with 1st & 2nd floor being duplex. To save space, i was thinking of using spiral staircase - as it can be done in radius of 3 feet. More than that - it does not eat lot of space upfront into Hall.
