If it is a tar road, can't we dig out on the sides of the tar road by ourself to plant a tree ? If we dig then is it considered an offense and we expect marginally penalized for that ?

Where in and around Indiranagar can we get the Neem tree saplings ? I am planning to atleast plant 2 of them ...

Construction during monsoon

Hi Members,

What would be the quality of the building constructed during the monsoon ?
Will it have the same strength as the buildings constructed on any other season ?
Wouldn't the rain wash away the core mixture of the building, like cement and sand mixtures and there by weakening the ...

If the required maintenance is going to be more for wood planks and the life span is around 10 years then I would prefer to go with tiles.

There are powerlines in front of the house and there will be some temporary arrangement needs to be made to let the lines go on the ground using an alternative power cable by the BESCOM members. So, looks like there will be temporary disconnect in the power ...

Hi,

Can any one let me know whom to approach for getting the permission to drill the borewell ?

Is it true that the power should be shutdown in the area where borewell drill going to happen ?

I plan to dig borewell in the near future in my house.

What is the normal cost we should expect to shell out for borewell, including digging, piping work done and with compressor ?
