If you have got the marking done earlier and confident about the site positioning - no need to get any approval. Remember if you get it wrong your neighbor will complain and you need to get it reworked - which is quite expensive.

Spoke to some of the agents on Kuvempu road. they indicated 10K to 13K - most of them 50x80. So quite high considering Vishwehwariah layout. He indicated that this close to Nagarabhavi and developed - so the premium,

What is the going rate in vishweshwaraiah layout block 8 - Further extension. Seems to have large site sizes and developing very well - with a number of bungalows/ultra premium houses.

Any feedback on this area?

I am told that white patches can be polished but for main and pooja door do not suggest any planks for white parts (as suggested by my carpenter).
