I am planning to construct the house in Anjanapura 3rd block. Before that i would like to know some details about water resource in that area. Like, borewell water probabilities, avg deapth, #inches of water. and also the cauvery water facility.

I am interested in purchasing the plot in Sir MV 3rd block. May i know what is the price range running over there. few brokers qoting 20 lakhs for 20*30 plots(which is adjuscent to big compound placed ( not sure if its really for park or something else).
