Would they still agree without the BBMP khata ?

I am interested in purchase of an apartment. My requirements are :-
Preferred location : Jayanagar, JP Nagar I,II,III,V & 6 Phase,Rustam bagh in old airport road
Type : 2 or a 3BHK
Age of property : New or resale (1-6 yrs) having a good construction quality
Clear titles, Borewell as well ...
