I have given a full contract for repainting of my Duplex House. The cost is Rs.3750 per 100 Sq Ft. This includes -
1. Asian Paint Royale for Interior (Same Color)
2. Asian Paint Apex ultima for Exterior (Same Color)
3. Black Enamel for all Railing, Gates, Grills, etc..

I am in the process of finalizing a 3 BHK flat with VRR Developer.
The project name is VRR Stone Arch on the Hennur Main Road.

My contractor has bought sand which looks red-ish in color. The previous ones were whitish grey in color. He is saying its good sand and not filtered sand or sand which gets deposited at the end of the river.
I have doubts and I am in Canada, so can't personal check.

This is not a complete list of all the clauses, but definetly a starting point for you.
Agreements will be made as per your requirements & needs. Please make sure you spend as much time required on the agreement and ask even the smallest doubt/question.

This is what I had to do -
1. Put together Copies of all the legal Documents related to the Plot (Like Deed, Conversion etc)
2. Apply & Get Katha and Tax Receipts from BBMP in your name
3. Get the Drawing done from an Engineer who has knowledge of BBMP Rules & Proceedures
4. Apply for Plan approval ...

I am using a mixture of Indus and Chamundi Steels for the construction

Please can some atleast let me know the cost of the Glass Blocks, so that I can decide on the budget.
I am asking this on this forum since I am not in India and cannot go to a local hardware shop to equire.

My contractor is charging me Rs.130,000/- per 100 square feet. Work started about a month ago.
This is a 3 storey house with 12 pillars. Not very luxurious, but very pratical house with simple design and elevation.
