I am comparing Kengeri for a site investment. Kindly guide me as to which of these two area will apreciate faster.

1. The site owner claims that METRO station will reach up to Kengeri. Which will be the Station location?
2. I find sites are affordable as compared to Kanakpura Road but B.G Road ...
