It's a DC converted Layout. Does this mean this is BMRDA or Anekal Town planning authority approved ?
Any know problems in this layout ?
How is the overall future prospective ?

Andhra sand is not filter sand it is called as gadde maralu. I just finished building a 3 floors structure . I have used this sand for the entire structure.
There are two to three varieties of Andhra sand. Fine and rough. Rough sand is what is suitable for moulding and for pillars.
